职位描述:
job responsibilities:
1. identify and pursue new business with current and new vehicle oems and their suppliers
2. work directly with customer purchasing, and support resolution of all customer concerns
3. build strong relationships with customer base; maintaining and improving customer satisfaction
4. manages contracts problems with customers
5. work with general manager and director team to establish and maintain a strategic business plan
6. manage sales department, provide strategic direction and set objectives for the sales department including aiding, guiding, mentoring the sales team in achieving goals and objectives
7. monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, acquisitions
8. responsible for quotation process and on-profit customer engineering changes requests
9. review and monitor performance metrics, including accounts receivable, price quality improvements, sales process and procedures, and customer satisfaction
10.detailed understanding of piece price, tooling and d&e impact
11.communicate with technical functions for customer new product and process inquiry, solving product quality issues
12.collects market information and needs/exigencies and transfers them to general manager
13.travel required up to about 30% of working time
14.other tasks are assigned
job qualifications:
1. bachelor, sales experience in automotive industry is preferred
2. strong professional, business or industry experience
3. excellent abilities in elaborating complex price calculation
4. strong competencies in relationship management, and negotiation
5. good communication and presentation skills, and capacity of empathy
6. preferred experience with wire harness, electrical systems, tier1 supplier experience
7. preferred international, multi-cultural experience
8. excellent oral, written, and communication skills in chinese and english, german is plus
