1. 搜集行业材料数据，掌握当前本行业发展状况及发展趋势；

2. 负责新型材料的研发及原有材料的改进，认真高效的完成产品项目的实验操作，做好相关实验记录；
responsible for new material research and development and improvement of the original material, make efficient finish products experimental operation and experiment records
3. 熟练使用先进分析化学测试仪器（液/气相色谱、质谱等），能进行材料的检测及分析工作；
proficient in advanced instrument testing (lc, gc, ms, etc.), complete material testing and analysis work.
4. 具有高度的责任心和良好的沟通能力、学习能力和动手能力；
high responsibility and good communication, learning and practice skills are required
5. 能够独自承担研发项目，完成上级交给的其他工作；
capable of leading r&d projects alone, complete other work from superior.
6. 参与中试生产相关工作。

任职要求：
1. 分析化学、应用化学、生物化学相关专业，本科及以上学历；
analytical chemistry, applied chemistry, biochemistry and related majors, bachelor degree or above.
2. 至少3年以上相关工作经验；
at least 3 years related experience in research and development.
3. 热爱研发工作，具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力
enthusiastic in research, have the ability to analyze and solve problems independently.
4. 较强的沟通能力及团队合作精神
solid communication skills are required, and have teamwork spirit.
5. 英语听说读写流利；
proficient at english listening, speaking, reading and writing.
6. 熟练使用os办公软件，例如：word、excel、powerpoint；
excellent computer skills with proficiency in ms office products such as word, excel, powerpoint.
