职责描述:
support of the purchase department by means of schedule-related and material implementation of orders, considering customer satisfaction, cost minimization and quality.
1. obtaining offers (e.g. according to catalog or inquiry for instruction) with suppliers, and implementing the order according to the decision of specialist department. implementing follow-up orders for usual materials and parts. proposing price adjustments in case of changes of quantity. tracking delivery schedules and making complaints as appropriate. clarifying quantity differences based on feedback information from internal departments.
2. generating internal analyses, reports, communications, writing memos according to templates and preparing statistics. writing letters, cover letters, and communications to suppliers and submitting for signature. drafting, writing and signing own orders and own calling for tenders.
3. implementing the following orders subject to similar conditions. implementing orders within the specified framework.
4. provision of notes on the price evaluation based on comparison of bids, possibly with reference to similar parts from other suppliers at more favorable conditions. compilation of results of large-scale contract closings, and representing price developments as well as quantity changes.
5. as well as the above listed tasks, the holder of the position is obliged, on instruction by the supervisor, to implement individual orders which are correspondingly associated with his activity or result from operational necessity.
6. the holder of the position is responsible for compliance with the quality, occupational-safety and environmental-protection requirements which are necessary for the workplace.
7. support current increased mro requests.
8. support new supplier sourcing, for example: machining.
任职要求:
1. commercial or technical education
2. at least 5 years work experience in the field of purchasing
3. purchasing experience in machining
4. well-grounded purchasing background and it knowledge
5. confident knowledge of local tianjin purchasing market terms
6. language skills: native tongue chinese, english (!)
7. thinks and acts in the spirit of a family business
8. organizational talent
9. flexible and able to work under pressure
10. communications skills, confident manner
11. good problem-solving skills 能熟练使用马蜂盯标进行招标采购类信息查询
